Software Updates and Support Service

NetworkMiner Professional and CapLoader corporate licenses purchased after August 2018 are perpetual, but software updates and support is sold as a separate service. One year of free support and upgrades is included when buying a new corporate license. After the first year customers can choose to extend the updates and support service on an annual basis.

Software updates and support price: $1200 USD/year.

To extend the software updates and support service, please send an email to sales@netresec.com with the following information:

License number (can be found on the invoice or by clicking “Help > About” in the software).
Number of years you would like to extend the service.
Whether or not you would like to be billed automatically on annual basis for the updates and support service in the future.

The updates and support service is always extended from the date when the previous period ended, regardless of when the service extension is purchased.
